周大地，國家發(fā)展改革委能源研究所研究員，原所長。能源發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、能源政策研究專家，多次參加國家能源規(guī)劃、節(jié)能規(guī)劃、氣候變化對策和相關(guān)政策法規(guī)的制定和咨詢工作。多次擔(dān)任世界銀行、亞洲開發(fā)銀行、聯(lián)合國環(huán)境署、聯(lián)合國開發(fā)計劃署等國際機構(gòu)顧問和咨詢專家。是聯(lián)合國政府問氣候變化專門委員會（IPCC）第二次、第三次科學(xué)評估報告撰稿人，第四次和第五次科學(xué)評估報告召集撰稿人。
